Meet Tara!

Tara Steinberg brings years of expertise in executing and marketing events for renowned companies and iconic athletes worldwide. Additionally, Tara has always had a huge love for event planning and table decorating. Below, you’ll find Tara’s story and a deeper look into her extensive expertise.

Our Beginning

Tara’s Tables is a small, women-owned business based in Irvington, NY. Having developed an eye for aesthetics after decorating for her family and friends’ parties for years, Tara Steinberg was encouraged by her loved ones to share her talents with the greater community.

Tara Steinberg worked for IMG for 20 years as a Vice President in the Golf and Event Properties Group. She handled event execution for such programs as The Millrose Games (Track & Field), The Advanta Tour (Tennis), and The Battle at Bighorn (Golf).  In addition, she handled the marketing responsibilities for one of the most iconic athletes in all of sports, Tiger Woods. Philanthropy has always been a big part of Tara’s life. Tara and her family contribute significant time and energy to charitable effort meaningful to them…Ronald McDonald House, Tiger Woods Foundation, among others.

Since launching in 2021, she’s set the atmosphere (and the table) for a variety of events from intimate birthday parties and gatherings in Westchester, NY to corporate sports suites at the FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio.

Our table settings and decor elevate any gathering.  Whether it be a bridal luncheon, casual dinner with friends, intimate chef-prepared elegant dinner or a corporate event, we make customers smile with our themed decor and thoughtful tablescapes.

Our prices vary, based on how elaborate the table decor is.  Our prices range from $30-$100 per place setting.  Typically there will be a fee for centerpieces/table decor and a flat design fee which includes delivery, set up and pick up.

We can send themed curated tablescapes for any occasion to anywhere in the US.  If you are looking for tableware (inc. linens, plates, glassware, flatware, etc.) we service the tri-state area.

Yes, our job is to help you create a beautiful event that makes you happy.  We are very good at taking a basic color scheme or theme and running with it!  We ultimately want you to get what you want so feedback from the client is a must!
